We're a small but mighty team serving coffees out of our stores in Berlin. We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to join our team in Berlin Mitte and work directly with our Co-Founder & CEO.


What You’ll Do


  • Work closely with our founding team to support on the operational set-up, daily running and expansion of our retail coffee store operations

  • Manage the structure & budget of cross-functional special projects including topics like: new store launch, store build outs, customer acquisition and customer activation.

  • Lead growth and profitability initiatives across multiple different stores to increase AOVs, profitability and growth opportunities at a store and company level.

  • Ideate, validate and execute on creative strategic opportunities to both increase brand equity and increase customer spend (eg. food concepts / white label products / partnerships / events)

  • Deep dive into the inner workings of our coffee shops, onboarding plans, ways of working and expansion plans to identify operational and structural weaknesses & propose recommendations to improve

  • Support on wider strategic topic including board meetings, investor relations, pitch-decks, financial models and onboarding materials



Job requirements

What we’re looking for


  • You bring at least 4 years of operational experience, ideally with a mix of management consulting, start-ups and especially advantageous if you have prior experience working within the retail Food & Beverage industry

  • Your are entrepreneurial, solution orientated and excited to work on the full-cycle of building a start-up diving into whatever topics need to be done

  • You have a creative flair and eye for spotting growth opportunities. You ideate, test and fail fast with working within tight deadlines and budget constraints

  • You have robust, financial and analytical skills and are able to break larger challenges down into smaller pieces to find data-driven solutions

  • You come with direct experience working in scaling Food & Beverage retail, incl. Restaurants, Coffee Shops. Ideally, within tech-enabled FMCG / F&B industries

  • You are fluent in English, German is a strong plus
