We are building the leading B2B marketplace connecting suppliers globally with retailers, thereby streamlining the procurement process for both parties.

We have an experienced business co-founder (serial entrepreneur) in place bringing years of experience in C-level roles at major e-commerce players to the table. Now we are ready to finalize our MVP and bring extra execution power to the founder team.

  • Take on full responsibility for the company’s technology architecture and product vision and become part of the management team to make sure you are right where you are needed - at the center of the business

  • Be able to make data-informed product decisions and evaluate the impact of those decisions, always ensuring to have our customers & partners in the center of what we do

  • Recruit, build, and manage a class-A team and cultivate a high-performance environment

  • Though by now you are more of a strategic product leader, you also are a code enthusiast at heart and love discussions on code

  • Together with your team, you create a high-performing and reliable product that matches our aspirations as a company and contributes to building a product that major players in the food industry love

Job requirements


  • 5+ years in a fast-paced, agile product & tech environment, ideally in marketplaces, food delivery, e-commerce logistics, or similar B2B or B2C businesses models

  • Technical background and ability to lead technical MVP development is strongly preferred

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to always be in problem-solving mode in a highly ambiguous environment

  • Strong hands-on attitude and willingness to take on various tasks inside and outside your field of expertise

  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills – clear, concise, and persuasive in style

  • Growth mindset: you want to learn and improve every day

  • Fluency in English, German is a bonus
