WHY JOIN - THE PROGRAM

🚀 Learn what it means to be a founder and receive mentoring from our VC core team

Apply and join us for a 6-12 months program with a minimum of two different stations. You will experience an unforgettable journey: working with exciting and fast-growing startups and learning from inspiring founders. Throughout your journey, you will receive an Atlantic Labs or FoodLabs core team member as a mentor and will be invited to network events and learning sessions.

🤩 Choose between different internship stations in our portfolio

Many of our 180+ portfolio companies participate in the program. You can work with early- and later-staged startups on diverse topics, for example, biotech (Pacifico Biolabs, Formo, Bosque Foods), agritech (Klim, Tupu, InPlanet), climatetech (Carbon Atlantis, Purpose Green), healthtech (Una Health, Everyhealth), hot D2C brands (The Better Cat, Holy Energy, Ahead, Bottleplus) and many more.

🏎 VC Studio: Be a true entrepreneur and build a company from day 1

You will be joining a founder who is currently collaborating with our VC Studio Team. Support them in launching their ventures from scratch. We are talking: business case validation, user research and financial model building.

🌍 Growth & Later Stage: Scale a venture and get that unicorn exposure

Jump right into the hot phase and learn what challenges need to be tackled during an international expansion, hypergrowth, and later-stage fundraising. You will join a founding team during its most mission-critical times and learn what it takes to go big.

Learn everything you need to kick off your entrepreneurial career

🧠 Growth strategy: You support the founders not only in day-to-day tasks but also help to position the company as a market-dominating player by building and executing go-to-market strategies.

🧗 Operational excellence: You will tackle all problems regarding the scalability of processes and operations within the company, from finding new warehouses to building the first CRM.

💰 Fundraising: You will assist the founders to navigate the fundraising process. This includes defining their fundraising strategy, work on investor relations, and learning how to perform the perfect pitch.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

🎓 Skills & Experience

• You are currently studying as a Bachelor, Master, or MBA student. We are open to applicants from various academic backgrounds, incl. STEM, business, social sciences, law, biotech and more.

• First internship experiences in start-ups, digital companies, or consulting are of advantage.

• You are business fluent in English. Fluency in German may be required for certain internship positions.
