About the Venture

We’ve built a profitable and sustainable B2B SaaS product operating at the intersection of hospitality and property across Europe. We’ve found market fit and are already established as the leading player in our home market. We’re now looking to bring onboard a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead both strategy and hands-on execution to take us through our next phase of growth. You will design and implement a full-cycle marketing strategy starting with Demand Generation, Lead Generation, CRM & Retention and Content.

About the Role

We have built an efficient and highly productive sales organisation that has been responsible for the growth of the venture so far without the support of a marketing team. In line with our growth ambitions, we are now looking for somebody to develop and implement our first holistic marketing strategy with a focus on demand generation, lead generation and CRM to increase our qualified leads and grow our inbound sales funnel. We’re looking for a data-oriented and technically strong Senior Growth Marketing Managerwho can build a small and agile team and remain hands-on in the execution. You will report to the CRO & founder .


What You’ll Own


  • Growth Strategy - As our marketing growth lead, you will define the marketing strategy across a variety of channels and inline with company objectives with a focus on brand awareness, lead generation for our sales teams, customer acquisition and CRM.

  • Content Marketing - Oversee the planning, creation and distribution of content marketing to drive brand awareness and increase volume and quality of leads.

  • Demand Generation - Implement data-driven demand generation campaigns to generate qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team. Utilise various channels including email, SEO/SEM, partnerships and other tools to build a lean but effective lead generation engine.

  • Lead Generation - collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and develop effective lead generation programs with relevant scoring and qualification. Take ownership over the volume and quality of leads and strive to increase this over time.

  • CRM & Lead Management - Establish a robust CRM system to track new leads, lost leads and ensure relevant leads are resurfaced. As we operate in an industry with a finite number of clients, it’s critical we strategically categorise, revisit and review all possible new clients.

  • Performance Analysis and Optimisation - leverage data analytics and marketing metrics to monitor performance, track KPIs, and evaluate the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns.

  • Team Development - Lead a small team of marketers while remaining an active executor yourself. You will set and represent the marketing function to C-level, develop a small team but remain hands-on and accountable for deliverables.



Job requirements

About You

We are looking for a highly competent B2B SaaS Marketeer who is interested in taking their career to the next level and building themselves into a marketing leader. The ideal profile will bring a wealth of experience across the full spectrum of B2B Growth Marketing topics and will still be able to remain highly operational day-to-day on delivering results. We’re looking for somebody who is excited to work in a small, but high-functioning team and take ownership of the deliverables across the marketing organisation reporting directly into C-Level.

More specifically:

  • You have at least 5 years of previous experience as a marketeer within a B2B SaaS organisation, ideally targeting the SME customer segment.

  • A track record of success as an individual contributor, ideally with some experience in team leadership, mentorship and enabling more junior team members in fast-moving environments.

  • Previous experience managing 6-figure marketing budgets and being able to attribute results in a highly structured and data-driven manner.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under tight deadlines.

  • You are familiar with how to build a holistic marketing strategy covering Brand Awareness, Demand Generation, Lead Generation and CRM. You may have a spike in one segment, but are able to handle the full-scope.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. You back-up your decision making process with data.

  • You are fluent in English and speak native-level German
