We are backed by a top venture capital fund and angel investors who have backed the likes of Zalando, Gorillas, INFARM, SumUp, Auto1, flaschenpost, home24 and McMakler. We are now hiring our core team members who will launch the operation in Berlin and grow with the company to expand our concept to other cities. This role is for a Performance Marketing & Brand Lead (m/f/x) that will work directly with the CEO & Founder to run and manage our customer acquisition and brand initiatives.

What is ChefCoco?

ChefCoco is everyone's personal chef. Simply enter your health and taste preferences and get personalised meals delivered daily in reusable containers. Healthy, affordable and sustainable.


  • You will work directly with the founders of ChefCoco, taking ownership from day 1
  • As an early member of the team you will be able to accelerate your career as we launch our concept in Berlin and expand to other cities. This means running all aspects of marketing including customer acquisition and branding in Berlin before expanding to other cities.
  • You will work on the most important projects in the company and will be given a high level of responsibility form day 1


  1. Customer Acquisition: You will be set up and run all customer acquisition channels. This includes paid acquisition channels (FB, Insta, TikTok, Google), as well as marketing partnerships and referrals. You will define which channels we should focus on and scale
  2. Brand: You will also be responsible for setting up and managing our branding initiatives
  3. Creative: You will create and co-ordinate the creation of any creative work that is required for marketing and brand initiatives

Job requirements


  • You have a strong background in marketing, this could be through managing an external brand or having created one of your own
  • You understand how to set-up and run performance marketing campaigns while managing budgets and monitoring customer acquisition costs
  • You are ambitious and the idea of building up something from scratch excites you
  • Being able to speak German is a bonus
  • Previous working experience in consulting, investment banking, startups or similar fast-paced, dynamic environments is nice but not required
